Horizon Clusters

In Horizon Europe, clusters are the EU’s main thematic areas that organise funding opportunities (calls + topics) for collaborative research and innovation projects. There are 6 clusters:

  • Cluster 1- Health

EU Missions in Horizon Europe

EU Missions are large-scale initiatives within Horizon Europe that establish clear, time-bound objectives to address major challenges, including climate change, cancer, ocean restoration, soil health, and the creation of climate-neutral, smart cities. They mobilize and connect researchers, policymakers, citizens, and other stakeholders to combine resources, stimulate innovation, and deliver concrete solutions that generate tangible benefits for society.
