This video provides a flavor of the partnership between the VCW and Mastercard.
Over the last two decades, the Value Creation Wheel (VCW) has been used to solve a wide range of problems/challenges in organizations, ranging from award-winning start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
The implementation of the VCW is often conducted in partnership with various organizations (e.g., consultancy firms, agents/distributors, foundations, firm’s suppliers, research labs, and universities), experts across different fields, and/or companies that have already established teams willing to implement the VCW in loco.

Through two different case-studies, this video demonstrates how managers and VCW teams interact while solving company’s problems/challenges.
Over the last years, in addition to consultancy projects, the VCW was also used to support a wide range of educational programs at different educational levels. To do so, the Value Creation Radar (VCR), a soft version of the VCW, was developed. The VCR is providing Executives, MBAs, and Postgraduate students with a valuable opportunity to acquire rich and real experience in an effective way. The high percentage of participants that, after receiving the VCR training, have decided to implement the VCW in their own organizations demonstrates this fact.
The VCR has been used in several schools around the globe including Austria, Armenia, Belgium, China, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Portugal, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, UK, and USA.
Schools of various disciplines (e.g., Business, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Entrepreneurship, Finance/Accounting, Law, Engineering, Medicine, Social Sciences, Sciences, Technology, and Tourism) have applied the VCR and its tools for teaching purposes while interacting with a wide range of organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500.
VCR tools often appear in technical courses to solve specific challenges in courses of Value Creation, Tech-Transfer, Innovation Management, New Product Development, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, International/Global Marketing, International Management, and International Business.
The VCR is also supporting a wide range of applied research projects, such as Value Creation Field Labs, PhD and Post-Doctorate programs.

The Value Creation Wheel (VCW) provides a holistic approach to problem-solving and decision-making while supporting scientific, technological, managerial, and societal advancements.
The VCW results from 20 Years of Research and helps to identify, analyze, and solve problems by providing a step-by-step dynamic process for creating value for society and all the stakeholders involved in the value chain (e.g., customers, employees, suppliers, distributors, investors, and shareholders).
